Architect and interior design firm tp bennett has joined forces with The Furniture Practice to present In The Making, a curated exhibition within Room 12, which investigates the ever-evolving relationship between materials, geography, people, and supply chains in the commercial sector.
As part of this exhibition Normann Copenhagen, presents a timeline of its 25 year history; Fredericia showcases the steps involved in creating its Spanish Chair; MARK x Bisley explores a ‘behind the product’ narrative looking into the design, development and production of its foam-free Flow seating system; Modus focusses on product evolution and a circular approach that keeps product, components and materials in use over multiple life cycles; Atrium presents a range of its brands’ products designed with circularity in mind; and, making its UK debut, SURU (pictured) launches a collection of pieces designed under strict circular economy criteria.

Solus will be showing Spolia, which is a UK-made terrazzo that enables designers to incorporate waste materials from their project sites into one-of-a-kind terrazzo creations. Solus will sit alongside other installations in Room 12 including the likes of Australian brand REDDIE,  product partners Camira & SAS,  Florim and Arper.
