Mycelium Lab

  • Room 13.18

Founded by Polish architect Malina Tezycka, Mycelium Lab creates highly sustainable, bio-based wall covering panels using mycelium. Each wall panel showcases unique textures captured at different stages of the mycelium growth cycle, resulting in extraordinary designs. With a deep commitment to sustainability, they harness the potential of bio-based materials, creating eco-friendly solutions that seamlessly blend nature and design.

At the fair, Mycelium Lab will present part of its inaugural collection of Fumo Panels, marking its official entry into the market. The panels consist of fungal mycelium and agricultural waste, like hemp and sawdust. The material is simply grown, not manufactured, making each panel unique. Fumo are 100% bio-based, 100% biodegradable and 100% compostable.
